Dr. Young is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Accountancy and Law, Research Fellow of the Centre for Corporate Governance and Financial Policy, and Associate Programme Director (formely Director) of MSc in Applied Accounting & Finance of the Hong Kong Baptist University. Concurrently, he is a Distinguished Research Fellow at the German-Sino Institute of Legal Studies of Nanjing University, Adjunct Fellow at the School of Law of Western Sydney University and Hong Kong Representative for the GRC Institute and Publishing & Product Development Advisor of Wolters Kluwer Hong Kong Ltd. He had previously held appointments at a number of universities in Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.
Dr. Young’s contributions to the field of compliance and the profession had been recognized with three awards by the GRC Institute including the Honorary Fellow Award, the Brian Sharpe Memorial Essay Award in 2014 (as a joint recipient), and Honorary Mention for Honorary Fellow Award in 2009. He has authored and co-authored over 140 publications. Dr. Young is also a Co-editor of Asian Competition Law Review, Consultant Editor at Wolters Kluwer Hong Kong for Banking Today: Journal of Hong Kong Institute of Bankers, and Consultant Editor of Compliance e-Alert launching in February 2019. He has six undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in law, economics and politics. He is also a Fellow of Higher Education Academy, Fellow of Chartered Management Institute, Fellow of CPA Australia, Fellow of FINSIA, Member of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute, and Member of the GRC Institute with accreditations as a Certified Compliance Professional as well as a Certified Risk Professional. In addition, he has completed a Certificate in Governance Practice with the Governance Institute of Australia.

Professor Chan is the Dean of the Faculty of Business, University of Wollongong College Hong Kong/Community of City University. He is also an adjunct professor of the School of Business, HKBU.
Armed with professional trainings and expertise across accounting, law and corporate governance, Professor Chan has published widely in the fields of accounting, finance, corporate governance, information science, social science, and business laws. He is currently the Editor-in-Chief of the GSTF Journal on Business Review and an Editorial Board Member of Corporate Governance and Sustainability Review and Corporate Ownership and Control Journal.
Apart from academic research, Professor Chan has also served as the lead consultant of many consultancy projects for a variety of organizations, such as the Rating Department of the HKSAR, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, the Independent Financial Advisors Association, the Society of Registered Financial Planners, Dun and Bradstreet and the Hong Kong Chamber of Listed Companies. He has also served as a SME consultant for the Hong Kong Trade Development Council to promote trades between Hong Kong and overseas. Professor Chan was also appointed as a member of the Companies Ordinance Reforms advisory groups to assist the Hong Kong Government in redrafting the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong.
With his expertise in corporate governance and the process of board of directors’ operations, Professor Chan was appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director and the Chairman of the Audit Committee at a listed company in Hong Kong several years ago. He joined the Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Directors Association in 2015 as its Founding Vice President and the Chairman of the Professional Education and Training Committee. He is currently an Executive Council member of the Association.

Mr. Kwan is or has been a solicitor (Hong Kong, England and Australia), a certificate public accountant (fellow) in Hong Kong (FCPA) and a fellow of the Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (FCA).
Academically, Mr. Kwan holds bachelor and master degrees in law, accounting, finance and business. During his university study, Vincent was awarded the Ho Fook Prize and Citi Bank NA Scholarship by the University of Hong Kong.
On public services, Mr. Kwan has been the external examiner of the Law Schools of both the University of Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong, ex-member of the Company Law Committee and member of the Revenue Law Committee of the Law Society, Chairman of the Financial and Regulatory Affairs Committee of the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies, ex-member of the then Insider Dealing Tribunal and ex-member of the Market Misconduct Tribunal, ex-member of the Board of Review and ex-advisory member of the Rewrite of Companies Ordinance. Mr. Kwan is also a regular columnist and a seasoned speaker on securities regulations.
Currently, Mr. Kwan is a consultant solicitor of Messrs. LCP Lawyers, an independent non-executive director of Sitoy Group (Stock Code 1023) and an adjunct associate professor of the School of Business, Hong Kong Baptist University.

Mr. See is currently the Managing Director of Hong Kong Wing Yue Asset Management Ltd. He has over 32 years of experience in the finance and investment profession covering securities and commodities dealing, direct investment, portfolio management and corporate finance. He obtained a Master degree of Science in Corporate Governance and Directorship from the Hong Kong Baptist University in 2006. Currently, Mr. See is the Vice Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Directorship (HKBU) Society. He is also a committee member of the council of the Hong Kong Securities Professionals Association. He was an independent non-executive Director of Orient Securities International Holdings Limited from 2013 to 2016.

Mr. Ng is a company services provider licensee and has over 33 years of experience in administration, company secretarial, information technology and management accounting. He obtained a Master degree in Corporate Governance and Directorship from the Hong Kong Baptist University and was nominated for membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, an academic honor society, in 2018. Mr. Ng has also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Compliance and a Postgraduate Diploma in Enterprise Risk Management from the Hong Kong University School of Professional and Continuing Education in 2017 and 2016 respectively. Mr. Ng became a certified member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants in February 2015 and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries in September 2014.
